It is in great condition, very sturdy and is able to free float in a room as well, a great sofa! It measures 73″ long (just over 6′) by 30″ deep and 15″ tall to the seat, nice and low!

It’s a small couch or love seat, 2 large chairs and an ottoman! Those of you who know my shop know I wouldn’t have a set this new in here if it wasn’t just amazing, and this is! Rattan sides and base, clean and cool lines, and oh so comfortable!

The love seat measures 64″ wide, 35″ deep and the chairs are about 38″ wide and 39″ deep!
