It measures 16″ tall and 24″ long, signed Portugal on the bottom, with minimal wear and no chips or cracks that I can see.

Here’s a fantastic and Rare Unique Spanish Water Purifier! It’s c.1930’s and in GREAT condition with no chips or cracks, all hand painted with a bull fighting and church scene, a great piece and very large, measuring 45″ tall!
