Here’s a stunning c.1969 Signed Artist Proof Print by the famous Japanese-American artist Mayumi Oda, titled ‘Frost Night’! The visible paper size measures approx. 12 3/4″ wide and 18″ tall, and the frame is 18 1/4″ wide by 25 1/4″ tall. It has terrific color and detail and is a fantastic example of Mayumi’s work and this is a very early example at that!

I have not come across any other Artist Proof’s by her and her limited edition (50/ed) prints range in aftermarket auction value from $700 to several thousand dollars. So do not miss the opportunity to own a rare singular example of her work!

Below is some information on Mayumi Oda:

Known to many as the “Matisse of Japan”, Mayumi Oda has done extensive work with female goddess imagery. Born to a Buddhist family in Japan in 1941, Mayumi studied fine art and traditional Japanese fabric dying. In 1966 she graduatied from Tokyo University of Fine Arts. Mayumi’s unique apprenticeship dying fabric for kimonos influences the color and composition of all of her work.

From 1969 to the present Mayumi has exhibited over 40 one-woman shows throughout the world. Her artwork is also part of the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art – New York, The Museum of Fine Arts – Boston, Yale University Art Gallery – New Haven, Library of Congress – Washington D.C. and many others.

Here’s a fantastic Heywood Wakefield Full Size Headboard & Foot board / Bed! It’s in very nice condition for the age, with some scratches as you can see, but I actually haven’t gotten around to even cleaning it up yet, so I’m sure it’ll clean up very well, this is straight from a local estate!

The bed measures 59″ wide, the headboard is 31″ tall and the footboard is 18″ tall. I have metal rails if you need them as well that I will include free of charge. I believe this is in the Wheat color and certainly appears to be original finish. Only $200, including the rails!

Okay if you’re looking for a huge coffee table that you’re pretty sure your friends have never seen anything like, this might be something to add to your short list! It measures 6′ long, 2′ wide and 14″ tall. It a tan formica top that sits on 4 tapered peg legs (they don’t have any method of securing it, they literally just plug into the top) and it is a bit on the wobbly side, so if you intend on using it often I do recommend suring it up a little. Aside from that, this is still just an awesome looking piece!

Woww! You aren’t going to get much more mid century modern than this! An original 1949/50 Zenith Porthole Console Television with Radio & Record Player! It’s in good physical condition, but does need some electrical repairs, the tubes all glow and the radio and phonograph function, but the tv needs to be looked at. Only $225!

Here’s a great pair of Vintage 1930’s Mahogany Lyre Based Oval End Tables! One is in great condition, the other is in good condition, with some minor wear to the top which is really common with the age. They measure 18″ by 24″ wide and 26″ tall.
